DYEHARDS at Home - As Unique as a Snowflake - (Including tools)

Let's Ice Dye some Snowflakes!!!

I love it when I ask myself, "what if I...?" and it turns out cool. Especially when I am mashing up techniques. I try it again, several times, and when I hit consistent results, its time to share the fun!

In this case, I'm blending ice dyeing and Itajime shibori. We have a new fold, extra points, and the possibilities are as unique, infinite and individual as snowflakes!

You see that lovely halo effect? There are some tricks to getting it! We are going to break a few "rules" along the way, but I prefer to think of it as refusing to accept the limitations of my craft. In fact, we are going to use them to our benefit!
